ABOUT ERIC GIROUX
Hi, I'm Eric Giroux.
I help busy adults over 40 get stronger, lose body fat, move better, and feel more capable without living in the gym or surviving on grilled chicken and sadness.
Like many of my clients, I wasn't always fit.
At 26 years old, I was overweight, out of shape, and frustrated with where my health was headed. After losing 40 pounds and cutting my body fat nearly in half, I discovered something that changed my life:
Fitness doesn't have to be complicated. It just has to be sustainable.
For the past 25+ years, I've helped thousands of people build strength, improve their health, and regain confidence through practical fitness and nutrition coaching that fits real life.
No extreme diets.
No punishment workouts.
No starting over every Monday.
Just smart training, realistic nutrition, accountability, and a plan you can actually stick with.
My philosophy is simple:

• Eat well without obsessing over food
• Stay consistent, even when life gets messy
As a husband, dad, coach, and former gym owner, I understand that your workouts have to fit into your life, not take over your life.
